– Information we receive from mortgage applicants on applications or other forms;

– Information about your current and past transactions with us and our affiliates and

– Information received from a consumer reporting agencies in order to determine loan eligibility.

We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients, past or present, to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Access to client personal information is strictly limited to to those employees of Financial Equities who provide the requested loan origination services to that particular client. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations in order to protect our clients’ non-public personal information.
